User Flows allows mobile business owners to understand what might be affecting the most critical interactions in their applications so they can prioritize the issues their development team should work on. The level of diagnostics information available for each flow makes it easy for development teams to resolve these problems.

User Flows have been widely adopted among our user-base and we are very happy to announce that we have made some significant improvements to make it easier for product managers and developers to collaborate on the resolution of critical issues.

Over the next few weeks, we will be rolling

  • A new look to add clarity
  • As easy way for Product Managers to create or edit User Flows
  • CSV export of User Flow data
  • In response to user feedback indicating that different data retention ranges are confusing they navigate around the application, we are harmonizing those around 30 days.
